How do I prove I'm active-duty military?

Sign in once with a .mil email, or verify through ID.me at first save. Reserve, Guard, DoD civilians, and academy cadets all qualify. Verification takes under 60 seconds.

Is the $30 really a one-time payment?

Yes. Pay once, own the simulator for life — including all future scenarios, PMS runbooks, and PDF export improvements. No subscription, no auto-renewal.

How does the 10% affiliate program work?

After your $30 purchase (or military verification), you get a referral link. Anyone who buys through it earns you $3.00, paid monthly via Stripe or PayPal once you cross a $25 balance.

Who counts as a platform admin?

Internal staff, content authors, and moderators who manage scenarios, verify military applications, and approve affiliate payouts. Admin accounts are invite-only and require SSO.

Refund policy?

30-day no-questions refund on the $30 lifetime license. Email support@loto-sim and we revoke access and refund in full.

Do affiliate commissions apply to military free signups?

No — only paid $30 licenses generate commission. Military signups are free, so there's no transaction to split.
